I can only comment on the events rentals that take place at the Providence City Hall, specifically the elopements in the Alderman Chambers. I've photographed three here so far and I can never get enough of how beautiful it is. I try to suggest it to my couples who are looking for a location all the time!

We had our wedding ceremony in the Aldermen’s Chambers, and it was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding. My mom is in a wheelchair, and you can easily get from the street level to the room using a wheelchair lift to the first floor and the elevator. One of the elevators was recently redone, so I felt confident things would work smoothly on the big day. Staff was easy to communicate with in advance, and the price was right!

The city hall is very well designed. It has a great Second Empire Style.

This city need to do better. The blizzard was on Sunday to Monday and it’s Thursday and my street still is not plowed. A city plow truck rode down my street seen that there is about 4 ft of snow in front of my drive way, he stop to ask me why I was shoveling by myself (I’m not sure if he was trying to be sarcastic)it would of took him about 2 mins to remove the snow so that I can get my car out, he told me I will be back in 2 hrs to plow your street & never showed up. Thank God a man and his son stop & help me shovel. Thank you to them two wonderful man! Where’s all our tax $$ why are there still side streets not plowed? Y’all did a real shitty job!!!!
