Beautiful city nice residence but the police officers do not uphold their oath to the Constitution and will arrest people for taking pictures on the public sidewalk. As a results I will never come back to your city again because I believe in freedom and the Constitution and the people you have here that are supposed to safeguard that do the exact opposite.

I've left voice-mails with building coding, the city council and another department and have received 0 call backs within the past month. I have been looking for help with a negligent landlord. The only department that does an amazing job is the trash collection. He is kind and ontop of things. Cranston doesn't seem to care about its citizens and the woman who answers the phone is rude.

They have been polite, cheerful, and helpful whenever I have been there.

I’ve asked for assistance on two different occasions, about two different issues but to no avail. I pay my taxes (in one lump sum) & I expect better. There is absolutely no follow up or sense of urgency at Cranston City Hall. I believe the fish is rotting from the head down over there. The little minnows are a reflection of the big tuna & I suggest that big tuna get his minnows in order. IF YOU DON’T TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO, THEN FIND ANOTHER LINE OF WORK.

Genuinely embarrassing, sidewalks aren’t cleared at all on city streets. This is park ave here. Not even the crossings/intersections are cleared
