Mayor Polisena doesn't care about people. Don't call him with a town problem because all you will get is an excuse but no solutions. He suggested I don't vote for him next time and I suggested you don't vote for him either.

These people have no manners let’s vote and get new people in there.

Went to get immigration related documents. First lady said she doesn’t feel comfortable notarizing it so we have to wait for Mr Vince. Then another lady comes and tries to help us but then Mr Vince shows up. He looks at the documents and says he not familiar with these documents so asks us to go to some other federal office. The whole purpose of notarization is to say that the signatures were done in front of them. I never had any problems before with notary as other town halls including east providence. But these guys are incompetent at best.

Parking be tough but aside from that it's a great location. Stoic brick building with nostalgic charm and landscaoe kept pristine. Most of the employees I've encountered are pleasantly helpful. The sign out front let's locals know town news.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Mayor Joseph Polisena Jr. and Town Planner Tom Deller for taking the time to personally speak with me regarding some upcoming town planning and infrastructure discussions. Transparency, responsiveness, and willingness to listen go a long way, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and respect shown throughout the conversation. It’s refreshing to see local leadership willing to communicate directly with residents and thoughtfully explain how potential changes may impact the community. Johnston is fortunate to have people who genuinely care about the town and its residents.
