Seems like a clean place. Showed up a little late for an appointment with a newborn so the lady at the front told us we needed to make another appointment. When we let her know walkins are welcome she said we could wait. We waited for about 15 minutes and we're finally called in. Two people were sitting at their desks to help and no one was in the room at all. Making us wait with a newborn for a power trip stinks. Security guard was nice. Woman who helped us could not give us the birth certificate because after 2 weeks they still don't have it. Also, it says they accept credit card payments but they would only accept cash for the certificate since we didn't pick it up that day and they were reluctantly going to mail it when it's available. 🙄
