The "Building commissioner" knows absolutely nothing about construction...how someone with 0 knowledge of the trades is building commissioner is beyond my comprehension! Put a stop to anything trying to get done! It's like they want no progress!

This place is just irresponsible when it comes to keeping track of your payments. ALWAYS ask for your receipt because they will try to play you here. They always send bills to Jeffrey and jeffrey stating they never received them. The first time it happened I went to jeffrey and jeffrey to pay the bill I allegedly owed and then when they opened my account, it was confirmed that my payment was received after all so they removed the charges from my account. They should have checked thoroughly before sending that to begin with. Now I’m receiving another bill from jeffrey and jeffrey stating my parking ticket payment was overdue even though I paid it that same week. So i had to lose out on money that I didnt need to spend I handed it directly to this woman Nicole and she gave me my change back and gave me a receipt. She put my money and ticket in a box and I left. Luckily I found a photo of the receipt on my phone but it’s unfortunate I found the receipt after I already paid Jeffrey and Jeffrey. I will see if theres anything that can be done about it next week. Keep better track of your money.

Their youth football program has next to non existing help from the city. The children are not provided with bags to practice, virtually no training equipment. Helmet, pads- thats it! At practices, they have a football and cones. Thats it..Which wouldn't be the end of the world, if they had enough coaching help. But some of the teams only have but 2 or 3 coaches. So they can't teach what needs to be taught quick enough. Year after year, the youth programs amass 1-3 wins. How can you fuel a child's want to play like that? If the town won't support the program, they should close it and send the kids to play with Palmer. The children of this town deserve better. If I lived in this town, I would be lobbying and protesting outside town hall, in effort to get this team some funding.

Contacting the Town Clerk Office for guidance puts a dark cloud over my day. I thought the first call was them just having a bad day, wich we all have! We called weeks later, excited and looking for guidance on where to submit a form. The clerk responded with, “I need you to stop talking, let me ask the questions and then you answer with only a Yes or No.” The tone and attitude she had is something I don’t know how to put in writing and did not bring to the call myself. But I do know the energy she radiates will leave you feeling terrible and drained after hanging up the phone. To whomever views these reviews in efforts towards professional progress at this establishment, please implement basic customer service and phone etiquette trainings. Manage and look over these employees to strengthen simple needs that should be met for the town and its residents. An introduction followed by guidance, knowledge and maybe even a simple “welcome to town,” should not be that hard for them to do. I wasn’t even comfortable asking the rest of my questions. Hoping they can improve their staff here for the town.
