    No one ever answers the phone here. If you ever need anything, you are out of luck. I emailed the board of assessors with a complaint and a promise to email the state if no communication continues. All of a sudden - yes, all my stuff is all set and in the mail. Unbelievable. These positions should be appointed so these people can be held accountable.
