Had business to take care of with the building department, being a builder from out of town I was very pleased with both the assistant building inspector and the building commissioner, both were very informative and friendly two traits that are very rare these days. Cueto's to Randolph building dept.

Unacceptable Conduct and Service Inconsistencies at Randolph Public and Health Board I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the conduct of a staff member at the Randolph Public and Health Board and with the inconsistencies in town services. On 6/3/2025 at approximately [Insert Time of Call, 12:20PM, I contacted the office to inquire the highly inconsistent trash pickup schedule in Randolph. During my call, I attempted to explain the discrepancies in trash collection, noting that one side of my street receives pickup by 7 AM, while the other side can wait until 3 PM, often with no clear pattern. When I suggested the staff member consider the situation from a resident's perspective, she became dismissive and abruptly hung up the phone. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. As residents, we pay for essential services, and we have a right to clear answers and consistent service delivery. To have a town employee respond to a legitimate inquiry by hanging up demonstrates a severe lack of respect for the public they are meant to serve. Individuals working for the town should be held to a high standard of professional conduct and empathy, neither of which was present in this interaction. I urge the Randolph Public and Health Board to address both the staff member's conduct and the ongoing issues with trash collection inconsistency. Residents deserve better service and more respectful interactions from their public officials.
