The Prep Coordinator is very kind and patient with the case load of patients he seems to work with and I appreciate the providers that I’ve seen as well as registration. Unfortunately I did hear one nurse complaining rather loudly in the hallway about the “volume” of prep patients utilizing the clinic saying “It wasn’t like this when she started”. Unfortunate that some people who work in healthcare do not understand the length of pain/heartbreak/loss and research that went into providing this service. Not a great thing to hear when you are just trying to be as pleasant as possible, make it through your appointment, and take care of your health. Please be mindful of us, we can almost always hear you.

Things have really gone downhill here. They’ll test you but don’t give you treatment.

I would like to sincerely thank the Richmond City Health District, especially the Health Permit Department. Their professionalism and cooperation are outstanding. They are truly committed to helping restaurant owners correct any issues and meet all health standards, even dedicating as much time as needed to ensure everything is done right. Special thanks to Ed Nixon and Tiffany for their patience and support, and to Broadie at the front desk for being welcoming and helpful. We truly appreciate your dedication and hard work.
