They told me I had a disease that I didn’t even have. They didn’t do ANY testing whatsoever! They just took a look at me and told me what they THOUGHT it was! Then they slapped it on a piece of paper and sent me home. They did NOT do any blood work or urine culture or ANYTHING! I went to another doctor, an OBGYN, and she did all of my blood work and also my urine culture. And guess what? I had no such disease at all!! So do not go to the Richmond County Health department for anything! They will diagnose you by just only looking at you & not doing any blood work.

I called for a friend who needed a test done and reasonable wait time for an answer. The person who answered was courteous and though she didn't know the answer, she kindly asked who the corresponding person was. Then another question she called the other office and i got the necessary info for my friend. Very helpful!
