9 times out of 10 that I have come to the county clerk, the front desk ladies have an attitude. It’s like they don’t have the time of day to help you. You can come in being the kindest soul and that won’t make a difference. There are two women there that are nice and at least treat you like a decent human being. Really disappointing..

My husband, two kids and I drove an hour to the Robertson County Clerks office to file for our passports and get our pictures done as I heard this was the easiest place to get it all done. For all four of us it took maybe 20 minutes. It was SO easy and the staff was SUPER nice. Highly recommend!

I am Betty Noles and I was at the Robertson County Court Clerk office in Springfield Tn,when they opened today 1-16-2026. I was never given the original title when I paid my car off at the Credit Union where it was financed in West Tennessee in 2020 . I didn't realize this until recently. The Credit union that financed my car, when I paid it off only gave me.a photocopy of my title. I recently discovered this and had no idea of what to do. I went In to the Robertson County Court Clerk in Springfield Tn. I had the photocopy of paying off my car so they said no problem and they issued me the Title Immediately. I greatly appreciate this as it was a oversight on my part for not looking at the Document I was given more closely, but I expected the title when I paid my.car off. Thankfully the Robertson County Court Clerk in Springfield Tn took care of me and I now have my original car title... I truly appreciate your help. Thanks Betty Noles
