A month ago i scheduled an appointment with no problem, until the day of the actual appointment. I get there and there was no patients (that i was aware of) i tell the receptionist i had an appointment at 2:30 that day. She said “no your appointment is Monday not today, we sent you a letter in the mail to reschedule” i was extremely upset. I work a lot like most people and it’s hard for me to find time off because i have to request time off etc.. i told her i never received a letter and i also got a confirmation voicemail the day prior confirming that my appt was still the same day and time. After explaining and showing that i had a voicemail and no letter in the mail i was still refused service. She didn’t try to help me just told me to come back Monday. When i couldn’t.

The hours on the door say 7:30 to 5 Monday-Friday got there at 4:55 to request shot records for my son for school. Image my shock when the door is locked, the lights are off and you see the employees driving off from behind the building.

The women at the front desk are always so sweet & helpful. I’d give them 5 stars alone. The nutritionist? If I could pick a different one, I would. We’ve dealt with the same lady since my 4 yo was born & today she basically told me my 4 yo (who is 4 ft tall and 58 pounds) was overweight and to limit her food intake by “just giving her water after she eats if she wants more and has already had the suggested portion size.” Her pediatrician has already said she’s considered big for her age but since she’s so tall, her weight isn’t an issue. Apparently, food is the only cause of obesity and starving a child that’s on the bigger side is 110% recommended.

Good luck to you if you actually need to speak with someone. money well wasted to fund this place. Should disconnect the phone system no one answers anyway

The two ladies at the front desk are very helpful. They were both very nice and informative. They help me as a walk in to transfer vaccination records to the Alabama form. The vaccination records were transfer to the AL form on the spot.
