This is a good clinic for low income women to get their annual exams and birth control prescriptions. However, you cannot expect to have the same doctor twice because they are constantly changing. I went here for about 6 years and the two female doctors I had were very good, but the male doctor I had did not listen to me. The assistants are nice and helpful but the ladies up front are not. I recently had to move out of state and the reason I am writing this review is to let you know that if you ever plan on moving, you have to take care of anything IN the office before you go. Once you move you cannot expect any kind of help from them. My insurance changed after I moved and it requires prescriptions to be written for 90 day supplies only. I called and asked for my prescription to be re-written for me, as it is good until next year still, and they refuse to do anything for me without physically being in their office. They also apparently do not send your medical file to your new doctor's office, since that was requested and never done. It's very hard to get a hold of anyone that knows anything there, and once you do, they refuse to help. So because of their stupid policy and being unable to stand in front of them, I am now stuck paying a new doctor for a new prescription or paying full price for my current one, all because they are too worried about privacy to actually help their patients. This was a very simple request, re-write my prescription, it would have taken somebody 5 minutes and instead has costs me hundreds of dollars.

Went here for a simple TB test. Just want to make it clear for the people here that i am an emergancy Physican Assistant. I do not live in saginaw county but i am taking a class there and we were all unaware that we required two TB test so after class i went straight there to get it done and over with. With the test, I was given a short >15minute window to get the test read again after my class. I was told that I could get the test read at Med Express if I could not make it. And the day rolled around and I misread the time the first day and i could not make it. So i called the health department and I spoken with a really nice lady at first. She transferred me over to the TB reading room. Was on hold for a minute than was welcomed with "What do you want?" I was caught a little off gaurd at first with the abrupt change in the nice soft spoken lady I talked to at first. So not going to lie, I may have stuttered a little bit at first which may have made me sound stupid. So she treated me as stupid for even asking. so as i was comfirming if i could go to med express I was cut off and told "No we are closed and we leave in like 10 minutes." So I had enough and was about to hang up then i was told " but you can go to Med Express but it is going to cost you money." So I went to med Express in frankenmuth and you can see my review there as well. As i said I dont even live in the county I am just wanting a freaking TB test as fast as i can for my class but at this point I would have just wanted to get it done at work. Med express did not print anything out for me and were a little slow on the mental side of things. So I went back to the health department to see if they could print anything out for me. The lady that I was met with I think may have been the same person that was on the phone. But i walked in and the lady at the front desked stared at me like i was a meth head confused on why I walked into the room. a solid 10 seconds go by without any greeting so I stared around the room wondering if I was in the right place then she finally asked " Can i help you?" so i told her I was looking for the TB reading room. she asked for my name and was told it was last week. so i told her what happened and she said i needed to get the results printed at med Express. Well i am not going back there. so I gathered the evidance i have that prove that the test was done and read as negative. If the class does not approve it I will just get it done at my job. I hate that just 1(maybe 2) people ruin the experience for the whole facility.

Everyone is always friendly and meets the needs of all clients. I wished they offered Primary Family Dr's Services, or I would make them my Family Dr. They listen to you and caters to the needs of everyone. I love the services they provide to all clients. I've never witnessed any form of disrespect towards anyone by the staff members. I've used their services since I was a child to my adult age (parents took all of my siblings & I for shots & more) The structure of love these staff gives to their clients shows that they are well trained staff 👏! I can say this is my most favorite place to go when I have questions or seeking any type of services. I love, love, this place, staff members, & services provided ❤️🥰👏🙌💯

Worst clinic ever. The girls at front have no idea how to do there job. I corrected them several times and then they asked a supervisor and instead was correct. Do not go here unless you're aware of your rights and the laws. I was told I needed a pap to get birth control. Which in MI its not a requirement.
