The two people that I spoke with were less than helpful and not very professional.

You work for the county don’t forget that. Rude front desk. Gives attitude when asking for basic info.

Web apps are in sore need of maintenance, you kind of never know what you are going to get when you visit their main URL. Many of the more relevant links take like 8 or 9 clicks to get to where you need to go. Maybe that is all we can expect though w.r.t. programmers paid a government salary.

The worst health facility in Santa Barbara County! If you need anything signed by Physician, forget about it. Straight neglect is all you’ll get. I noticed it when Primary Care Physician Polly was walking away from our timed visit; while I was explaining my injuries and reasons I needed my forms (DCSS Child Services Medical Verification Report), signed by a licensed Physician. She left the room as I was talking and all she could say was, “She’s not signing anything!”
