Employees here were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I called ahead to check hours for a passport application, the person on the line also gave me a list of documents I needed to have with me. When we arrived, there was clear signage showing us where to go, and we were greeted right away by someone checking the purpose of our visit. Our questions were answered, and the process was explained clearly. We were in and out in maybe 10 minutes, 15 tops. It was a very good experience.

It’s disgusting how these women treat people. Especially when it comes to name changing and a sealed case. The attitude I have received the looks I have gotten from the lady with the mullet long hair. She was rude and nasty and something bad happened which is why we needed to come here. My mom and I, instead of having compassion they are disgusting rude and nasty. Compassion goes a long way. You never know the reason people have to change their names because sometimes it’s for their safety NOT because they want to change their names. It leaves a bad taste in peoples mouths and makes them feel uncomfortable and embarrassed especially with everything they have already been through. But go to Colleen because she helped us a lot in the end and is so nice and amazing also Mary anne was very kinda to us also !

Review is specifically for the notary service. Would not provide service because she couldn’t comprehend how page numbers work when there’s writing on the front and back side of a piece of paper. Kept saying she needs to see the entire document… yes.. turn the page over.. was a never ending circle that resulted in nothing but frustration. Go to your local bank instead if you need a notary.
