If your living and breathing in second hand smoke or marijuana from no fault of your own and are in a lease and can’t get nobody get the other tenants to stop don’t expect to get help!!!! And don’t tolerate living like that to get your own evidence so you don’t owe because these people are nuts!! I even told them I had kids that were asthmatic and they refused to help me!

Closed during a public health crisis. No where to test for the virus unless you're near the city so people in the country are still spreading this virus because NYS doesn't have enough testing sites. Schools get closed for Covid yet they never run any tests on the students. Great way to ensure public health decline.

They have been amazing! I was exposed to my hair dresser (both wore masks) and she tested positive for covid later that week when results came in🤦♀️. Since NYS department of health (who took 5 days to contact me to let me know, side note). That same day I was contacted by Rensselaer Department of Health by Larry. He has been AMAZING! He first called and we agreed I am best with texting plus trying to talk as little as possible to keep my roommate safer. He texts me everyday for my temperature and symptoms. Always positive. Reassured me I would be okay because we both wore masks but as precaution stay inside. He helped me get the # to get tested for Covid. The only issue is I went to get tested after day 8 of exposure And need to go back day 15 to be sure. Thank you so much Larry for making sure I’m not alone in this!

I just called because I was turned down 3 times to get he covid test, the first two times I was told to come back and when symptoms are worse, the third time I went was told I had all the symptoms but was turned down because my insurance is expired, I offered to pay out of pocket. And was told no. But I called here to ask someone about getting tested, and the lady that answered the phone told me they won't test if I'm not showing symptoms. I told her I have all the symptoms and the lady got very rude and defensive, saying she wasn't going to argue with me. She shouldn't have a job to answer phone s with that attitude.

All the women helping my son and I were so sweet and extremely helpful. It was our first time at the office to get a specific shot for his school. They were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. They worked fast and the only delay we had in the least was our insurance company keeping them on hold for a simple check of activity for the account (the insurance company's fault, not this office). I would highly recommend coming here to get shots for your child. They are also very helpful with getting the proof of shots to your child's school. I will definitely come here again if I cant make a timely appointment with a primary care doctor for shots.
