I recently submitted a complaint and the resolution was desmiss me as patient from Whintrop University Hospital in Long Island NY. Obviously, the Nurse who investigating my complaint didn't consider Dr Dustin Suanino Palliative Medicine and Hospice Cares from Whintrop University Hospital, Mineola NY a Danger !!! when prescribing Opioids to coworkers and patients, myself. It 's vey unfortunate. My wishes for whoever investigates Malpractice is to see a relative die from an overdose. Maybe then remember the decision made in my case.

I waited less than 5 minutes between the time I got there and being escorted to an exam room for my vaccination. They were polite and knowledgeable. I sat in waiting room for 15 mins after shot in case I had adverse reaction to the shot. Then they gave me a $5 gift card and I was out of there.

The Albany Health Dept has always been a pleasure to work with for the 43 years we've been in business. Especially Marianne Stone who has always been very professional and will always go above and beyond to help out in every way possible.

What a horrifically corrupt place. They found our daughter to be poisoned with lead in march of 2025. For over a year they allowed the landlord to play games, unsafely "repair" things and terrorize us. After a year of this instead of punishing him they are rewarding him with a full remodel. A man who makes over 100k a year gets full and free remodel bc they don't have the guts to enforce him to pay for it himself. I will never Own a home. But the amount of money they will spend giving a well off slumlord for remodel could be used for me and my kids. Or the many homeless people desperate for help. Meanwhile landlord doesn't live or work in Albany so people in the city deserving of help are losing out while this corrupt and horrific agency helps the already rich. Absolutely disgusting times we live in
