The dentists here are very cruel they made me suicidal. I have found better more skilled dentists who actually care about their patients and job. These people have no empathy, cannot do a proper job, and belittle you. If all the other 1 star reviews isn’t enough to prevent you from coming here, then good luck and i wish your experience is better than mine.

went in for STD testing and it took about an hour for a walk-in appointment. the staff was super kind and welcoming, the nurse did a great job with the blood draw and the place had a nice atmosphere. the one drawback is that the call system they have is a little clunky, so i recommend stopping by and scheduling an appointment and whatnot in person.

Went there for a Covid-19 vaccine booster shot appointment. The staff there are nice and friendly. The overall office environment however, is not suited for Covid vaccination IMO. The space is rather small and crowded, too many people are forced to be seated in a tight waiting room, increasing the chance of cross-infection.

I called to make an appointment for my child after a few days of having a fever and flu like symptoms, but the doctor refused to see her in person and said it would have to be a phone appointment instead. When I explained that she was sick and needed to be seen, the front desk staff told me that being “sick” and having a fever are different — and that they don’t see patients with a fever. That makes absolutely no sense. How are they supposed to do a strep test or even check her lymph nodes over the phone? I was told to take her to urgent care if I was worried. Completely ridiculous. If a doctor’s office won’t see sick children, what’s the point? Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else!

I'm only giving one star because the interpreters do a good job, but the person who schedules appointments is terrible. I called on April 11th to make an appointment and they gave me one for June 8th. Later that afternoon, I received messages saying my appointment had been canceled and to call back for more information. Today, April 12th, I called, and after almost 15 minutes, the person who answered told me my appointment to see a doctor would now be on July 7th. I don't understand how a medical clinic can cancel a patient's doctor's appointment and give them one a month later. That's terrible. If someone is sick, they should be seen as soon as possible, not two months later. By then, the patient could have gotten worse or even died. Please, those who run this clinic, pay more attention to doctor's appointments and remember the oath you took when you graduated.
