Came to get my child’s birth certificate. It was a super easy process. The building has free valet parking for the first hour, which was more than enough time to get the certificate printed.

Had a really good experience getting the baby's birth certificate there! Overall we spent less than an hour in the office, enjoyed the free parking and liked the service! The parking is surprisingly a valet parking (you hand the keys over to a person who manages the parking lot), but the first hour is still free. The price for staying over the first hour is quite high though. Once at the office you do the self service at an electronic kiosk. We got called to the officer in about 15 minutes, and everything went smoothly and quickly: you show some additional IDs and basically get the certificate. The office is air conditioned and feels freshly renovated and nice!

Had an exceptional experience on the phone with Gracie for birth certificate ordering. The order was on the same status online since many days so Gracie agreed to not only look up the order, but also prioritize it and offered me an option to pick it up in the office. This helps me apply for a passport quicker. Thank you Gracie!

16 minutes exactly from driving into the garage, ordering and receiving my birth certificate, and driving back out of the garage. Super smooth and easy process, building is clean and well-maintained, staff was super friendly. My only critique is that there's a huge glowing sign that says "CUSTOMER SERVICE 2ND FLOOR"... hanging on the 1st floor. I might have gotten done in 13 minutes if I hadn't exited the elevator on the wrong floor.
