Unfortunately, the customer service is not the best. I had to do an apostille but I had to stop to the PC office first, when I asked about the apostille they gave the address to go to Olympia, the address they had was wrong, they moved to Tumwater. I had to come back to PC to get another document and when I told the receptionist that the address she had on her flyer for apostille was wrong she completely ignored me. This is unfortunate because every person that has to do this process will encounter same problem as I did, why not change the address if you can? Obviously she doesn’t care.

This is my second time visiting this office to apply for my daughter’s passport, and in general the service here is very good and most of the staff are kind and professional. Unfortunately, today I had a very unpleasant experience with a representative named Alexis (or Alexia). From the moment I sat down, her attitude was rude and cold. At first I thought she was just having a bad day, but I clearly noticed that her behavior changed with other customers and that she treated only me this way. She sent me back because one part of the form was not completed, even though I tried to explain that I left it blank on purpose because I was not sure what to write. Later, another representative helped us and she was completely kind and professional. It is very sad to feel treated differently without reason. My daughter and I are U.S. citizens, and I still felt discriminated against in that moment.
