The number is not a working number would love for them to fix that. But my experience was great when going into the office

We went to get our marriage license and were done in less than 10 minutes! Great, fast, and friendly service!

I was pleased with the customer service. The folks behind the counter had smiles. Really made going out of the way better. Since the Belfair DMV is closed on saturdays. (update your website) But the place was busy. I did not have a wait, and the staff were thorough. 4 stars, -1 because, no one wants to pay the tax man.

Staff do not know how to pay attention to the questions being asked. They also do not know their own policy and what is being put out on the DOL website. This has been the worst state to register a vehicle by far. Terrible customer service. If they would listen before speaking and not assume what I am asking and maybe ask questions to help clarify then we can find a solution instead they answer and act like I don't know what I am talking about after having been doing this for 9 years in 7 different states. Did not even want to look at my paperwork when explaining, almost as if my documents would bite. Lastly, just FYI but "USE TAX" is tax that is due when registering a vehicle if sales tax was not paid at purchase. NOT TAX FOR A USED vehicle like the employee at the County Auditor - Licensing tried to explain to me. Educate yourself in your job please and try to understand the info being put out on your official website for Military Non resident members too!
