Had a 8 o clock appointment. By 8:20 my wife asked if they knew when we would be seen. They wrote our name down but didn't check us in. 8:40 they finally checked us in. By 8:50 we checked again, they told us once they're checked in It takes an additional 20 minutes per child before they're ready. That would of put us at 1hr 30 mins waiting. We ended up leaving. We watched 2 other families go in and leave when we was their first appointment. Awful awful.
