My 5 year old doughter left traumatized from a dental assistant , yesterday my kids had 6 months cleaning routine, we never had any issue with them been going at this place for 7 years , so my daughter had a wiggly tooth so she was a little scared, the dentist was very nice and professional. He was talking to her while doing the exam and everything went smooth until his assistant starting to floss her teeth, my daughter was asking question and talking to the Dentist assistant and she was very calm ,when she started flossing her teeth I think she hurt it her gum, and my daughter, starting to complain saying stop ,the dental assistant started, forcing my daughter with her fingers to open her mouth while she was getting the tools to clean her teeth, and my daughter was twisting her body and pushing her hands, but she didn’t stop at all she just kept saying I’m still gonna do it , I don’t know what got into her, so she continued to do that, pushing her head down and keeping the mouth open with her fingers and and the other hand trying to get the tools and my daughter was screaming and crying and kicking , and I was trying to calm down my daughter and I noticed the dental assistant she was getting out of control and I was saying, please ma’am stop please ma’am stop but she didnt stop for like 5 minutes, and then she said I’m not gonna do it. I said is anybody else coming to clean her teeth she said nope I’m gonna give her a referral where they can handle a little kids. and then she said I’m gonna talk to my supervisor. I said OK good I need to talk to supervisor too, the supervisor came without saying I’m sorry or something I explained the situation and she just told me lower your voice, I told her if you guys had cameras here she would be going straight to jail today , we filed the complaint and police were called , the Dentist said she’s been here with us for a long time and he apologize to us I guess because she was for a long time there she got very comfortable, but she didn’t apologies to my daughter or us for the trauma she caused , my mistake that I was too soft with her. I should’ve slapped her hand and push her away from my daughter , what a horrible experience, my daughter left crying and traumatized ,she will be hearing from my lawyer no kid deserves this .

Very unprofessional, if you need medical care, this isn’t the place to get it. While taking my blood phlebotomist Brenda Perez only used one glove on one hand. I didn’t realize until she put the cotton on my needle puncture after taking my blood. Because she used her bare hand to put the cotton ball on me. And on top of that, they put my blood samples with other people’s. I’m not sure of the standards but you would think they would keep those separated for accuracy of the results for the blood test. This way they are not accidentally mixed up. 0out of 5 stars would be more accurate.

Miss Julie Willingham is the sweetest person you will ever run into here. She was so kid over the phone and exactly the same way in person. In my four years here I have never met such an amazing person who loved her job. She is such an asset for the field she is in. Thank you for making my visit as easy as possible.

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the incredible team at the Seminole County Health Department for the outstanding care I received during my IUD removal and reinsertion. On December 12th, I came in knowing the procedure might be challenging due to complications with my cervix, and I was understandably nervous. From the very beginning, every single person treated me with patience, compassion, and professionalism. What could have been a very stressful experience turned into one where I felt supported, respected, and truly cared for. I am especially grateful to Dr. Joseph Dr. Nabipour and Lashika (N.provider) for their persistence, calm demeanor, and dedication to making sure I received the birth control care I needed. They did not give up, took their time, and ensured my comfort throughout the process. I also want to recognize the amazing nurses — Sheryl, Mayra, Susan, and Jennie — who were kind, attentive, and reassuring every step of the way. Their teamwork and empathy made a world of difference. Thank you as well to Colleen for her help with health education and support, Kiana at checkout for being kind and efficient, and Traci at check-in for setting a welcoming and respectful tone from the moment I arrived. This entire team went above and beyond. I left feeling grateful, relieved, and deeply appreciative of the care I received. Thank you all for your professionalism, humanity, and dedication to women’s health.

Staff is very friendly and kind. I’d highly recommend this place and have been a few times to different departments and everyone is so helpful, caring and attentive as well as communicative. Super grateful for them and originally became aware of the Seminole county health group through their staff showing up to non-profits through volunteer programs they work alongside, which they have quite a few of! I used their breast cancer non-profit program and was able to successfully determine that I had some lumps and can state that the breast Cancer non-profit program has been life saving and life changing. Words fail to express my gratitude or the impact of getting help, that I wouldn’t have otherwise been able to receive! Make sure to self check your breast at-least once a month!
