I’ve been calling trying to get WIC and they never answer and I’ve called multiple times everyday almost, when a lady finally answered and asked when my son got discharged home she said “and you’re just now calling?” , Then proceeded to tell me I could come by and drop off my wic paper off “in office” the next day. so I brought my premature newborn child out by no choice, only to go up there for a locked door and not a single car in the lot... I understand things are busy, but it shouldn’t take me multiple weeks to get ahold of the people RESPONSIBLE for handling the paperwork i need done to support my child.
