If doing a walk in; I'd recommend either early morning, before lunch rush, or before rush hour close to the end of the day. That is usually when the lines are the shortest. If you have everything ready on your end before going to the desk, it'll make it that much easier for you & them. By doing so; it saved me a lot of time, & the transaction went smoothly. Everytime I've been in there; I've never really had an issue. The one time I was missing paperwork, I forgot that I needed it. Figured there may have been a way around it. Alas there was. Thank you Ladies!

I came in today Monday 09/15/2025at 12:47 pm to get a handicap hanger replaced. This girl was so hateful to me. I felt like crying first she said I needed a doctor statement when it’s clearly good till 2030. Then she threw it at me literally, she was Chinese I guess but you don’t need to have people like this working for your company she was downright rude. I would give a zero star if I could. you all can hear her talk to people, Yet you still allow her to be employed here that’s pretty sad.
