Horrible horrible service. After presenting 3 different documents with the correct spelling of the name I requested the birth certificate for, the representative prints a birth certificate with the name misspelled. Then proceeds to give me instructions on how to contact Nashville to rectify the issue that she caused. I find it hard to believe that this is protocol. If the misspelled name was a mistake made on her behalf, why am I then left with the problem to fix?!!?? This craziness is beyond my level comprehension. Theses people hate their jobs and their lack of concern is diabolical. Give these jobs to people that want to be of service to others. I’m exhausted with government businesses in Memphis Tennessee.

I was in and out. The process is smooth and flows to keep you from waiting or sitting all day.

Very diverse, good service, the wic office is always busy ( got to love the kids) and they work with the Step Ahead Foundation for all birth control needs. I know people say birth control changes you, but it’s better to be safe than sorry in all situations 🕊️🕊️🕊️

Listen whoever answering these calls annoys the hell outa me. Please stop to listen what your customer need before you respond. I was calling about a result that I already got but because she didn’t allow me to finish speak she responded “ma’am our results are not out as yet”. And she kept cutting me off until I said “are you going to let me finish so you can understand?” THEN she said with an attitude “ok I’m listening”. Please remember we don’t work there, we don’t know how it works, so your customer is gonna want to explain to ensure you understand the need to be able to best assist. Just Listen!!!! Please I beg
