It's an affordable and friendly place to get some very basic health care and vaccines

Never had any bad things happen here in terms of business but one of their employees outside of work is very rude and cussed at me while I was at work about things that I, in my position at the company I work for, can do literally nothing about. Believe she’s had me as a client/patient before as well so very discouraging to me as I go into this place of business for my kids and WIC. shorter woman, maybe in her 30’s, with a blonde Bob haircut. was never able to catch her name, but have been helped by her in the past.

charged me for a covid test after they had me wait a solid hour and a half to two hours in the office WHILE I HAD ALL THE COVID SYMPTOMS AND TWO CHILDREN WITH ME. i could have gone ad bought a test for less. pretty disgusted and fed up with the clinic and health department in this town. save your time and money and just go out of town for appointments. kit karson county health department does a fantastic job and actually seems to care about their patients, will be strictly going there from now on.

When I set up my appointment they asked for my insurance and I told them it was Aetna and they still set up the appointment. They did this last year too and we got a bill for $300+ months later. Luckily we caught it before we got the shots this year. Be sure to make sure they take your insurance before trying to get the Covid vaccine or it'll be 165.00 per person. It doesn't make sense since we pay for this service with our tax dollars
