I had to come here after my vehicle registration was suspended for 6 months without my knowledge. I got accused of a one month insurance lapse, that NEVER happened. I had to prove my insurance was continously in effect... not a problem to prove. However, accountability would be nice. Who dropped the ball and left me open to scrutiny that I did not deserve? I think this place is sloppy with things that should not be handled sloppily. I'm offended. Didn't get what I paid for. Won't be renewing in Sierra county much less New Mexico, ever again. I'm not the only one this issue happened to this year either. Driving around for 6 months with a suspended tag based on their error and failure to even notify me. What a joke. Unprofessional.

This is a cool old building. Looks like it was once a school. I think it's empty now. Is that true? I think all the offices that used to be here have moved to that new building down by the nearly empty strip mall with the ranger station in it.
