Although the Pharmacy students from UMES were there they did a good job. I hardly felt anything when I received my shot. The health department staff and nurses gave advice of some symptoms you might have afterwards which was very helpful. I had to sit a little longer but it was worth it. Thanks ladies

Initially every time I call the front desk receptionist are wonderful, my only issue is my last conversation with a medical transport clerk. Please learn how to talk to people & don’t tell me what “I’ve been told several times” when I wasn’t told your new policy not once. New policy went into effect a month ago, I haven’t used transport in a month. I’ll own up to my mistakes but get a grip & have better customer service. As a receptionist myself I’d never want to be treated as such. & it wouldn’t hurt to mail out info on new policies, OR TELLING THE CLIENT WHEN THEY CALL.
