They don't know what they're doing i swear! So unprofessional. Why can't the receptionists be as professional as the doctors lol... tired of calling back and fourth just to make an appointment should start being able to schedule online!

Very disappointed set up an appointment because of post surgery pain. First Dr. Wright said was we don't give out pain meds here. She didn't even bother to ask what was wrong or even offer to physically check. Until I asked her to. Then she did something to me that should not be done for another week and she sent me to the E.R. her nurse was awesome that was about the only pleasent thing about the visit. I actually walked out of there in more pain then when I showed up because of what she did.

Room for improvement. They are always there for the patients needs, slow but effective or fast and limited. Can't expect perfection but they get the job done. Pharmacy has been the best out of this place. They got new employees that know what they are doing and that's all that matters. I love that they respect my cultural needs and ask me what I need.

you always have to reach back out when they say they will call back and they always mess with my medication refill.

They will listen to you and will not gatekeep your medicine. The case management is superior to other locations in an effortless manner so long as the request is legit.
