I will be traveling this year to South America & Africa, so I reached out to Springfield-Greene County Health department for information on required and recommended vaccinations. Stacy W .was amazing and took time to look up everything including the drug names for me. I don't remember the last time I encountered such a caring, informed and thoughtful person on a phone inquiry. Good job and thank you Stacy

All I get is voice mail box after voice mail box, and the one time I actually got a person they just informed me that scheduling is not something they do and then they transferred me and again I get another voicemail box.

I have debated if I should write this...a few weeks back my grandson and I went to pick up his birth certificate. There was some issue with a couple in the waiting room. They could not be helped by the counter employees so a supervisor was called. Mind you, the people at the counter were so kind and trying to help. Then this tiny man who exclaimed to be the boss came up. He was the rudest little man I have ever heard and the way he treated the couple AND the employees was absolutely horrible. I sat there listening to him disgusted with his sarcastic tone belittle them wishing I could say something. This was very disappointing and he should not be allowed to speak to others like that.
