County Clerk's were nice. However the operator who transferred my call was rude.

Horrible service! You are there to provide information to the public and can’t even do that! So rude. Obviously if there is a call to ask for information or pricing to file motions, it’s a simple question we’re asking because WE DON’T KNOW! We were berated like animals for not knowing the process or fees. So unprofessional!! DO BETTER STARR COUNTY!

Worst customer service, very short and rude. Not helpful at all. They sound so annoyed, unable and unwilling to help. They know nothing. I was hung up on once and then transferred without even talking to anyone. Nightmare

I am very disappointed with the service I received when I called today. I had a simple question and expected to be treated professionally, but the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. She said, “I have more calls, give me a call back when you decide,” and made no effort to assist me or provide any guidance. This interaction felt unwelcoming and disrespectful. As a public office that serves the community, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, and this experience was far below that standard. I hope management addresses this behavior so that others do not have to encounter such poor service.
