Very friendly environment! Great Doctors, nurses and the whole personnel!!! I highly recommended this clinic! If you don’t like to spend hours waiting in the Doctor offices then you should sign here! Their work in team guarantees very quick appointments!

The staff is great im talking about the North Clinic! Until about a year ago everything was fine, but it only takes ! correct?? Someone needs to speak to Dr. Andrew's M. the dentist who is a down to earth lovely gentlemen and he knows his work well, BUT his assistant Sandy, she needs to learn how to speak to people properly even when she's having a bad day! This woman has spoke to me like im a child the last two times i had to talk to her! Once is ok but twice???Something is wrong! Maybe she needs to retire IDK but it makes me not want to ever go back for my appointment!

Ladies at the desk were extremely kind and helpful which is why they get one star. Beyond that expect to spend your entire day in the waiting room. Showed up at 8 am and was put in the second group called in. By 945 they had sent someone out and had them start waiting with everyone else. I understand it’s a clinic but just wow

I only gave them 2 stars simply because the lady who answered my call was rude. Like she had more important things to do..im sorry miss/mrs, do you posess a Phd? I can tell she barely graduated h.s. with her limited vocabulary. To that lady or whatever she is..don't like your job? Quit! You are not God's gift to the clinic! If it wasn't for the the kind courteous ladies who called me back, I would've given no stars! Bravo to the kind ladies!

These people are awful and worthless, please get rid of them. A few years ago my daughter was seen there for a small procedure. She's now a legal adult and is joining the air force. She needed her medical records to get qualified. My wife has been calling for the past 3 weeks to try to get a hold of the records and they gave her the run around, never giving a straight answer. They said they would call back with what she needs but never called. Two weeks after the initial call my wife calls to check the status and they acted as if she never called. Then they mistreated my wife over the phone as if she's an idiot. Then they told her that why is she even calling requesting for her daughters records if she's already 18. So then my daughter called and finally got someone to help her and the person that helped her, Jackie, told her to go and pick up the records the next day, that all she needed to do was fill out a release form and take the records. My wife rushed after work, picked up the kids, then drove an hour to the Burbank ( we moved away from stickney years ago). When they got there they did not want to help her or my daughter. They said that she would need to fill out the release form but the records could not be given to them at that moment. They then began to ask her why she needed the records. My wife had to raise her voice and act a fool in order to get help. After this, they decided that now they could press the print button because it's so difficult. It's the patient's records and there should be no problem in getting those records as many times as the patient needs! These people are worthless!! I'm so pissed and if would've been there I would've gone off and got a lawyer. They're lucky. Worthless people shouldn't be in positions of customer service.
