My husband and I attended the Exercise/wellness class today. We were impressed by the welcoming, friendly, and professional atmosphere. There was a nice variety of exercises which they adapted for all capabilities. After exercising we attended a class about activities that promote memory. Again, the information was presented in a fun, yet profesional way. We found everyone very helpful and welcoming.

My partner had an appointment here for a general medical evaluation and seen by one of the NP's. Blood was drawn and no calls or follow up with the patient, at all, so after a couple of weeks, we called to get the results. We were then told medication was needed, and the medication has the potential of high risk side effects. Not one call from the NP or anyone at the clinic as to how the patient is doing, if blood work should be done again to evaluate blood results, just no follow up, no monitoring, just nothing. It is standard practice for physicians to order follow-up laboratory tests after prescribing this medication to monitor its effectiveness, and checking levels is crucial to assess the response to the medication that was prescribed. None of that was done for the patient. Truly unacceptable patient care.

After I was turned away at Saint Vincent walk in I ended up at the Emergency department the staff at Billings clinic Columbus is by far the best I have ever seen. Dr. Bell is one of the most amazing doctors I have seen he took such great care of my daughter she was transferred to the ICU where he rode in the ambulance 50 miles to Saint Vincent. Shout out to nurse Dawn thank you.

I want emphasize how impressed I was the first time Dr Bell saw me. The next time I came to the clinic, requested him. The third time I made sure that he became my primary. April 7th I had over six hours of back surgery. The follow ups I had Dr Bell I realized the intent commitment and intelligence of his work. Diagnosis are extremely quick and correct I mean unbelievably quick. He knew exactly the right procedure I needed and follow up to maintain my health. Thank you for bringing this valuable asset to your clinic. With my serious condition it sure was very reassuring to have someone qualified like him for my recovery.
