Slow service. Lazy employees. It wouldn't matter if someone was dying, the employees would choose their lunch break over helping someone.

Worst service I've ever seen in my life, I've been there 3 times within a month and a half so far and twice out of those 3 times couldn't be seen because oh the nurse called out sick today, and the lack of information given as to reasons why you may not recive your second series of vaccines.... This clinc seriously needs to step there A game up, the head hancho or director should really be handling there staff a little better/be more professional.

The Hispanic lady that is currently in front when checking in is very rude and not cooperative with questions. Also, they need a patient portal, they deny when you ask for an after visit summary. 👎
