Every since I transferred from surry to yadkin my Food stamps case worker has been so rude and disrespectful she basically told me not to call her no more and she told me if I did she will make sure to take the full 24 hours to answer me. I've tried my best to work with her but she is just so hard to work with, and its so hard with a sick 4 month old child to drive 22 minutes up there she also stated that I was not reporting my full income because my job drop under 20 hours to 25 hours max a week when I clearly was and she was being so disrespectful

Number one you might feel like you live in Mexico when you call them cuz it's Spanish we live in the USA you should not put Spanish before English , number two they will not pick up their phone no and no one's in there cuz I was in the parking lot calling , number 3 they never called back only way you're going to get their attention is to go in there

It used to be easy to get help. I would turn in my paperwork and would receive what I needed. Now I don't get called back. They gave me so much less then before. And now taking away my medicaid. I don't know where I will get the insurance for me and my kids. I'm so scares.
