I was a foster parent. I was granted Guardianship. I've gone to get the signed official paperwork multiple times over the course of a year plus. I Called this time instead of driving all the way up to the Amite courthouse and the paperwork is still not done. Go figure! I'm not sure if maybe they are actually overworked or just incompetent.

Ms. Sarah in the file room deserves a raise. I recently bought a home & she help provide any & all documents I needed for lenders. Hands down great customer service!!! Very helpful & fast.

If I could give them a ZERO star I would. Every time I have contacted them they are EXTREMELY rude and act like they have better things to do. Then when you go in person they are all sitting and holding personal conversations and roll their eyes when they have to help you like you can't see them. They refuse to lift a figure or help anyone! AMITE SHOULD BE DISAPPOINTED 🤢
