Once I was got in trouble for stealing a guy's left shoe. They found me guilty of stealing the left shoe, and I was sentenced to giving it back or else I'd get a time out. I couldn't give it back, I ated it.

Today I went to my appointment for a replacement birth certificate. The clerk ask for payment and after receiving my payment, she then proceed to tell me my name was misspelled. $34.00 for a birth certificate I cannot use. You think that she would not have printed the certificate and notified me of the error. But instead she printed it and took my money. Now is that fair and good customer service. No it is not!!!
