That place was awful. They refused to help me get my marriage license just because Honduran birth certificates are now white. They changed the format this year, and the one I had was blue because I'd had it for about five years. They insisted on the blue one and wouldn't issue it anymore. They said the white one was useless, that it wasn't the original. It was a terrible place. I had to go to Thibido, and that's how they gave it to me without any fuss. And thank God I got married.

Kourtney helped us through the process of applying for our marriage certificate and getting a new birth certificate. She was extremely nice. Friendly atmosphere and extremely quick.
