Tara that answers the phones at this location is very rude and unprofessional. Not only did she cut me off when I tried asking her who I needed to speak with in regards to finding records, but she also just connected to me to an extension that never rang and was answered by voicemail. When I called back to ask if there was anyone else that was there that might be able to help me she then told me everyone was at lunch and it was not her fault I did not live in town because then I could have just came by to get what I needed. Worst service I have ever received when I am simply trying to obtain my own records from them.

I needed the shingles vax after searching multiple places they had it in stock and at the best price anywhere. The staff was all friendly and answered any questions. The nurse was knowledgeable and caring. The wait was hardly any. I'd definitely recommend the health unit to anyone who needs vaccines or a quick medical appt at really the best price you will find.
