Hours are wrong, wasted my time and gas. 👎🏼 I work in customer service too, if I closed 10 mins early I’d be written up. 🙂 As a government place, I expected higher expectations.

I went there for my Covid vaccines, about 2 years ago. Everything went well and seemed pretty organized. The only problem was one time the nurse herself looked ill. Her hands were shaking and she didn't wear gloves. I didn't catch anything from her though.

Needed my youngest son's birth certificate, little man starts wailing on the way there. Thinking this could go one of two ways at a government building. The two ladies at the counter were nothing short of amazing. My son was still up set while trying to get them the things they needed and I was offered the Nursing room to use while we were there. I was able to soothe babe and get everything I needed. I can not thank those women enough for their understanding, patience and graciousness.

Amazingly the Tippecanoe Board of Health has no policy regarding non service animals in grocery stores. The fact that there is uncovered food in the deli, produce and meat sections is a potential public health hazard an yet the BOH is indifferent to this matter. My family once owned a restaurant and the BOH would write you up if there was too much bleach in the cleaning water! But they are unconcerned about the safety risk of animals around food in groceries-Amazing. I have since been told the BOH uses ADA guidelines regarding animals--congress involvement explains every thing
