No appointment necessary. We needed certified copies of our marriage license. The lady that assisted us was very nice, polite, and professional. It went extremely fast! We really appreciate such quick service!!

I sat on hold for 17 minutes just for the email they said they sent to me to not be sent to me. Now I’m on hold for another currently 15 minutes still waiting to speak to someone on a simple email being sent to me.

We went to the County Clerks office to utilize their carry on passport acceptance service. We got exceptional, courteous and thorough service from Tessa Cain. We had an exceptionally stressful experience with the passport agency we had hired and Tessa quickly set our minds at ease, reviewed our paperwork and quickly processed our applications and best of all, she set my wife's mind at ease about the process. Kudos to Tessa for her professionalism and caring attitude.

Was on hold for 41min., then the call is disconnected from there end. Someone picked up and hung up. Frustrating doesn't get close to describing it as I'm sure anyone experiencing this knows. And why on hold for 41min? I call on a Wednesday at 1:59pm. Is the clerk's office that short staffed?

On hold since 4:15. Their hours must have changed and didn't bother to update the posted hours of service. Do my taxes pay for this quality of service? i hope not. But, the message 'please continue to hold ...' still plays at 5:27.
