Went to the recorders office to apply for a passport, a woman named Sarah helped me, very condescending, not helpful, seemed rather irritated with helping customers. When I asked about a receipt she scolded me for asking and said" I can't give you a receipt." Harsh tone, and I honestly felt she had a demeaning behavior very unprofessional. It's unfortunate people are angry, especially this time of year. I will just take my business to USPS for any passport issues in the future.

This was at the recorder's office: I can't remember her name, but she had long dark hair, and she was maybe in her 40's. She was extremely rude and condescending. She did not even greet us when we walked in. She seemed like she was irritated helping customers. I did not see one smile come off of her face and we were scolded the entire time we were there. Everything that came out of her mouth was said with attitude. I do not understand how someone like that even got a job at the courthouse.
