Always had a great experience at the clinic. Super helpful, they listen to your concerns, and I felt very comfortable.

Went for booster Covid-19 vaccine. There was a line. I started out about 15th in line but it went very quickly. Staff administering the vaccine were efficient and pleasant. Restroom is clean. They have a sign on the main door that fully vaccinated don't need to wear a mask however everyone in line was wearing a mask so I did as well. Well run process. Thank you UCHD.

Please be mindful that if you are uninsured and you have anything done here that is tested via labs, it will be sent to a third party lab! I got a bill several months later from a third party lab service, which I felt was incredibly unnecessary (my issue was tested in house, why did it need tested again via a seperate lab?). Once you get this bill, the health department will be unable to assist you with it, and you'll be stuck fighting the third party company about it. I love this health department and I've gone here for several years, but I'm not sure I'll be returning - surprise bills are the worst!

I’m not sure if they offices are the same place but I couldn’t find the website for the clinic by the Wic to put in a review. I have been to the health department main lobby and staff is wonderful! Wic is wonderful! They are always so patient with me even on hard days when I’m running late having a bad day and my kids are being what kids are LOUD and spoiled lol but this is the second time I have experienced nurses(not Wic staff!) be rude to my children while waitingfor our visit with Wic staff because they are being rough with each other and the activity table. My twins and my 4 year are rough players they love fights heights jumping and screaming! They are very hyperactive. Yes I did try to redirect them and get after them but sometimes kids just have a bad day. I was having a rough day kiddos were being I patient. They were standing on the seats of the activity chair and wiggling around on it and fighting for spots and since they didn’t want to stop after they finally found a spot the staff comes out and gets them off of it and puts it away. The time before was a few months back when I women came and got upset because they were rolling a blue cushion side stand or wat looks like a small stool on the carpet and also put it up. I understand that there is rules and they’re just trying to prevent kids from getting hurt. BUT PLEASE! don’t put children’s things out for children to play with if you are gonna like how they play with it. Also maybe find another location that doesn’t allow kids instead of being location by a WIC office. I live in Delaware and come to Marysville because I feel welcomed there and they have seen my little once since infants but I no longer feel welcomed they because my kids are “High Maintenance “ .
