Yes it's on the south side of town, on US 68.

This place is absolutely terrible. You can tell no one is running it. The website says walk ins for TB is till 11:30 and it's also posted on the door. The receptionist has an attitude. Tells me that they cancelled walk ins due to covid. Sooo? Change your website and take it off the door? She also said people are busy with Covid19 vaccines. The waiting room was completely empty and the staff are visibly sitting in their chairs doing nothing. Absolutely terrible. Who ever is in charge (if anyone is in charge) needs replaced. The receptionist needs fired for being disrespectful. You can explain things to a person without being condescending.

I used to live in Columbus and this building compared to theirs is night and day. To not have to wait very long for any of the departments I've gone through (bmv, wic, birth/death, jfs) and have pleasant interactions means so much to me! Thank you to all who provide that.
