I’ve made three complaints over the last 2 years about frisches not disposing if their waste and graze properly on east main st, I called back up today to see how we still have the same problems after two years of sending inspectors out and the lady notified me they’ve sent people out three separate times and none of them did frisches meet standards nor were they using their equipment properly. She said all I can do is send someone back out to check, like isn’t it your jobs to shut down an operation of it isn’t functioning under state law? This place is a joke just like the rest of Springfield, think you guys could learn to do your job without all the lip?

I'm glad to see some people have had a good experience with the staff. My wife received terrible customer service when she attempted to return a call concerning a covid diagnosis. She was disconnected with the first 2 calls, no biggie, it happens. On the 3rd call the representative wouldn't listen to her at all, said the party she was trying to reach was part time and probably wasn't answering the phone. Lots of compassion on display concerning something that can be scary for many.
