We are in the process of selling our house and had failed a well inspection done by a reputable company out of Columbus starting with a “B”. The protocols that the technician used we subpar for collecting water samples (jar not sealed, took sample from pivoting/no screens/aerator removed, only ran water 1 minute before sampling). I chose to use the health department instead of testing again with said company because now the money was coming out of my pocket and their protocols for testing were much more scientific. Arie was very thorough and professional. Identified best sink to use was bathroom, removed screen/aerator, let water run for 10 minutes, sprayed alcohol on faucet and hands to prevent contamination, used sealed collection cup, and was super focused while taking the sample. The sample collection cost me less than what the seller paid and turn around time was fast! Would definitely recommend them for water testing.
