Even though the building is closed they are very nice and helpful. You can call and get all the info you need.

My fiance and I went to complete our marriage license. We were told they could not process our application because it was 3:45. Their hours say they close at 4:00. The employee was extremely rude to us and did nothing to accommodate. Open til 3:45 or 4?!

Absolutely disgraceful behavior from the office workers. Refused to tell us the correct form for a birth certificate correction, then proceed to actively discurage us from applying for the change. If your a trans person they will discriminate against you.

I have officiated hundreds of weddings. With that many couples join, occasionally mistakes are made or things get lost. The professionals at Clermont County have always been amazingly helpful and I've never had a problem fixing anything for my couples here
