They understand the importance of the building up of the their county including all townships under that umbrella. Inept. I submitted an application duly completed along with a check and self addressed envelope for a certified copy of my moms death certificate. It was a couple of weeks after her death. Instead of the certificate, I received in the mail my original check, completed form in the self addressed envelope with a sticky note that said "This record is not ready" Really? What kind of thought process would make that seem like a good idea? Then how about at least using a little more ink and telling me when it would be ready? Or do we play return mail tag until it is ready? Or even more intelligently how about if you hold on your desk until it is ready. It's sad how pitiful our government is run versus private sector.

Give a zero if could. Tried to contact the person who handles free eye exams for Prevent Blindness OH three times with no success. First time I called person was not in for the day but of as assured of call back. That did not happen. I called the next day and spoke with the person handling who was late getting into office assured of prompt callback . That did not happen. Left message for call back. No response. Giving up these guys truly do not care. Give this department a zero with Capital Z
