I would leave 0 stars if I could, I understand this establishment is for people who aren’t well off or strictly for people on Medicaid but I called looking for recommendations for someone who could pull my wisdom teeth out at a reasonable price or on a grading scale seeing as I’m not on Medicare and do not have insurance. I believe it was Shirley who contacted me back, I guess there was a misunderstanding about why I was calling even though I had stated in my voicemail I was looking for a referral out, she was rude talked over me and evidently didn’t even listen to the voicemail because she had no idea even as to why I was calling. She seems to be an awful fit for the role she’s filling, helping people seems to be a burden to her. I guess don’t have high expectations while visiting here or be okay with being treated less than.

The entire complex is a cluster of uninformed employees. Might I suggest a map of the complex and the offices which are held within it so that one can find the location they're looking for by going to any door rather than the information person in the kiosk completely lost an uninformed

The staff was very rude and implementing rules that are not written anywhere about a credit card payment, we did not have a problem at their other location in Orlando.

The staff here is pretty incredible. Wandalisa at check in/check out, the nurse, and the provider, Lynn, were all so very lovely, respectful, kind, and I really appreciate their smiles and feeling listened to. Thank you.

I dont know if im reveiwing the right area, but who ever worked the front desk on 4/28/2026 needs to be fired. We came in there trying to get a certifide birth certificate and the lady at the front desk was what i could only describe as somebody who truly hates their job. We tried to be verry polite and i was constantly interupted like it was a problem we were even there. She just handed us a piece of paper and didnt even bother to help. Not to mention just extreamly rude and unprofessional. If this is how goverment offices are ran im honestly ashamed. This lady treated us like we just killed her puppy right in front of us. I get it we have bad days, and i dont wish for illwill against the individual. But like there has to be a line drawn for how you speak to people. I hope that person went and had a better day cuz she made mine shitty with her additude and performance.
