I always had a great experience at Walla Walla Auditor's Office. Usually, it takes about 10 minutes to get in and out. Plus, the ladies at the office are always nice.

I understand they are likely overworked and underpaid, but this is certainly the most unhelpful service I have experienced since moving to Walla Walla. Their hours are short, they have limited ways to accept their required documents and only accept cash. No one wants to go through the hassle of getting new license plates, so it would be in their interest to make it as easy and pleasant as possible. This is not the case. Very poor customer service.
